Howladar could have been retained for a couple of seasons for a closer look, IMO.

There are some players who just cannot carry the burden of Big Club jerseys - Howladar and Sukhen Dey have been such. These two guys have been playing since the end of 2013, but have done precious little. So, I guess its better to move on instead of investing on them further.
