first casualty of ISL is FED Cup .. earlier we used to see some 2nd div clubs like Eagles fc , USFC in Fed cup now only Top teams will play in it for just sake of playing

@7negi ; India needs to have a League and a Club Cup tournamnet otherwise they will be kicked out of FIFA membership. Those are basic rules for any association to follow. FIFA do not recognise ISL-that is just a private tournament. I guess thats why they are in a hurry to have a draw for Federation Cup to show to FIFA bosses that look, we are organising Federation Cup just for the sake of rules.

Kalyani only allowed to join I-League then next year Fed Cup...can't debut in Fed Cup... coz AIFF don't want to have an imbalanced hurried scheduke
