The super oldie marquee players came to generate interest, once people accepted the product, they will follow other isl stars like fikru, Moritz, koke, arnolin, mendy, do Hyun, and the Indian players who are doing well. So, if marquees go out now, not much is lost
@rudra: agreed..as for Durga he was In CB along with Odafa so never really got enough time to prove himself plus there is no learning for young Indian players with selfish players like Odafa..this is where the ISL setup can help Indians..I wud have really loved to see players like Udanta,Brandon in the ISL
Without Nabi and Ljunberg, Mumbai has taken a big hit already..lots will depend on Moritz who looks like a class player..Anelka will only deprive Subhash Singh of playing time it seems
