No one is talking about fans. I'm only talking about the quality of construction and facilities. Delhi has hosted commonwealth games which is second biggest event in world after Olympics. So, infrastructure has to be world class. Entire stadium was reconstructed from scratch. It was pretty much like salt lake before reconstruction. So, for salt lake to reach its level, it does not need to be renovated but reconstructed to top quality. Please pay a visit and see for yourself.
Delhi attendance 13,000. Don't know how, but have to believe it as its official count. So, total people entering the stadium is only 13,000. That's poor. I see the attendances plummeting as the tourney progresses. Given the current situation. Will be great if we manage 20K at end. OKish!
