Round 2: KLC 3rd place (Korea) VS Winner R1

Group B:
Round 1: TPL 2nd place (Thailand) VS Kitchee (Hong Kong)
Round 2: J-League 3rd Place (Japan) VS Winner R1

Group C:
Round 1: Warriors F.C.(Singapore) VS India Team 2(FED Cup winner)
Round 2: Guangzhou R&F (China) VS Winner R2
Round 3: Central Coast Mariners (Australia) VS Winner R2

Group
Round 1: New Radiant SC (Maldives) or Yadanarbon (Myanmar) VS Johor Darul Takzim F.C.(Malaysia)
Round 2: Thailand FA Cup Winners (Thailand) VS Winner R1
Round 3: CSL Runners-up (Guangzhou Evergrande or Beijing Guo'an) VS Winner R2
