    ;Ashlesh ..

this is quite common for any league and in any country..

only game quality will improve the TRP and fans

  • @Ashishkaul dude really , it's not like if you can't hear them in TV so they are silent , and also stands distant matters too

Why would they build such giant stadiums for Athletics which gets crowds only for Olympics, Asian Games, and opening and closing ceremonies of national games?
Salt Lake should have been constructed as a football exclusive stadium.

@Proud_Madridsta only heard noise when Atk players got near the GP . Rest of the time they were dead silent .
No Drums , No Beats , No Hummings , No Chants .

On the distance of stands agree . But concrete stadium boost noise .
May be mics were focused on the field as pointed by some one .

If Chennaiyin can sneak in instead of Goa, the semi finals would have no football hotbeds as per current standings.

Its better to start a full season league .
Which must include good European standard stadiums or infrastructure on whole .
At places like Delhi Mumbai Chennai have stadiums not more than 25,000 - 30,000 capacity .

Which means we are atleast 10 years away from that happening .

In a league where u have matches daily , TRP should not matter .

Can't Central Government and State Government provide AIFF with cash and land to get infrastructure in place .

All those places can manage. Bengaluru FC manage to keep interest in Bangalore for a full-season. Obviously it was helped by their good form but that will be on the ISL clubs then to do well.

A longer season would also mean games on weekends, which would hopefully increase atmosphere.

I saw Arsenal play in Singapore .
The stadium there blew my head . While our look like century old .
DY Patil is decent enough . Delhi has a good stadium but huge , not ideal for Football .

Whenever I see Premier league match and then switch to ISL . I go through HELL LOT OF STRESS .

JLN Delhi is modern Salt Lake, both fit only for Athletics.

Balewadi is good for Football despite the track but it's too small. If one city gets a good football specific stadium, every one else will follow.
