Anas has been the best Indian centre back in the ISL this season. Jhingan had a poor season, and I hope he understands that and works harder and comes back. I see no reason to take a sly dig at the player who clearly has talent.
He also kinda had to play for one of the most disorganized teams, on and off the field, this season and also had to come into the team late from the national team and leave for a bit midway. Also different formations from the different coaches.
Not saying he did not look off, he did, but I am not entirely worried about him. Also this stat does not say everything about a defender.
Better eradicate the Australian commentators from ISL next year. They really don't know how to excite the audience.
The way Spaniards and Arabs shout into the Mike makes many people engrossed into the action something the British should learn.
However Asianet movies commentator Shyju is very good, an encyclopedia in both Indian and World football. I don't think anybody in Kerala prefers Star Sports over Asianet.
Mexican and those Hispanic/Latino Commentators from USA are very very good. Al jazeera Sports Netwrok also has pretty good Arabic Commentators. I-league commentators -well it looks like English is their third language. Unless its their native language, the flair will not come.
Arabic commentary is the most irritating one. They would go breathless for minutes after each goal and scream a never ending GOAAAAL! Then they would say yallah yallah for the rest of the time

Not surprised at the Brazilian coverage, specially for FC Goa.
