With venkatesh we can expect a mixture of oldies and young blood... hopefully we get a decent set of players with help of venkatesh and then let constantine to get the best players whom he feel suit his tactics best even if they aren't the current best
The decision should not be Bhutia's. He can recommend suggestions for Stephen but if Stephen chooses not to use it then let it be, he is the coach... Bhutia could not even coach United Sikkim.
