I wonder what will happen to Indian football without Sunil. He is the only one who scores for India, well most of the goals for the past 2 to 3 years. Minus him, we would have never won this match. The other person who can score is Balwant but he has been omitted due to some reason. Btw Sunil was not even in the coach list to captain India. He has to check the partership of Sunil and Balwant or try someone else.

SC overall selection was better then Wim but as he did not watched must of Indian football , He tried for best possible combination available while choosing playing XI !
-Playing Style and Tactics
Who ever says that 4-4-2 is all about long is totally proved wrong by SC Indian side , Our boys took some time to play proper football but seeing this team are just together from last 5-6 days , they tried their best in 1st half !
But we saw different shades of Stephen tactics and what he can do in future , not much of long ball , players tried to play one touch football and last 30 minutes in 2nd half was treat to watch ! Tiki Taka
Hats off to our coach for his 2 brilliant Sub's , Both Jacki , Cavin played imp role ! But this also show Stephen read game very well , He replaces 2 bad performers with 2 quick new players !
Both time he added attacking players knowing we were leading !
First time our defense was organising , Proper off side trap but we cant judge more against this nepali side !

Subrata Pal- 7.5/10 What ever ball came to him ,he was brilliant with those saves ! Also shows that Why Gaffer chose him for Captain armband . !
Pritam Kotal-6.8/10 Start was shaky as he was making Debut but played very well later on ! Was solid on back but need to improve overlapping
Sandesh - 7/10 On Debut , also started little bit shaky but later on played like true Blue Tigers , Was brilliant with his blocks and tackles but need to keep calm in difficult situations !
Arnab- 8.5/10 He is my best player defensive because the way he was helping sandesh and other in positioning was very good to see !
Shaumik Dey - 7/10 Stephen surprised every one when 30 year old Dey was chosen in squad and he again surprised when chose him in playing XI but dey showed that why gaffer was trusting him ! Brilliant performance at back and was good as a offensive
Francis - 5.5/10 - Missed some silly Goals including one on one with GK , Was aimless with his passes but later on contribute more
Lenny- 5/10 - Aimless player , don't know what he was thinking while passing the ball , Need to improve for next leg !
Eugenson 7/10- another debutant but gave good account of himself as times goes on , was shaky in starting but later on improved as a player
Ralte - 4/10 He goes again missing for national team , Worst player of the day
Sunil -9/10 Living Legend , was trying to feed players earlier but when he saw no one able to score , he started scoring himself , best ball control and what a finishing , could have score hattrick but penalty missed
Robin - 8/10 Hated by so many fans but this lad gives 200 % on field , was creating all short of problems in 1st half when we were struggling as a team

Cavin lobo - 7.5/10 was amazing with his neat play , earn one penalty and suddenly made impact in match with his pace and skills
Jackichand - 7.5/10 Was sub of Stephen and made impact straight away , scored the goal but ruled out by ref . Need more experience and he can be more lethal as a player
Jacki was sure a livewire, ge has termondous speed and he is young but short. Reminds me of Uttam Rai but he seems to be in a better position. He can only get better, if given adequate chance.
Worst Football Commentary I ever heard in my life. Robin Singh was pronounced as Raabin Shing. No graphics at all. Basic test of enunciation and diction was not taken before hiring that commentator by DD North east?Most of Guwahati people can speak better then that Commentator.
What do you expect when the qualifier is against Nepal in the very first round of the World Cup qualifiers. Expect quality to improve as/if India gets to higher stages.
