Only MB should remember that as per AIFF rule 4 foreign player can sign in each club. So many foreign player are tie up as per news and every body claim it is confirmed.
@akshay23 Where is the money? As per recent news reports the ISL lost 30 crores in their inaugral season. The quality of football in ISL is still below EPL, Bundesliga, La Liga etc........ Why would players such as Messi risk their career for ISL?
