    Alvito has been in contact with them for a while now..he is trying to lure Englishman Ashley Westwood and his defenders John Johnson & Osano to Kolkata. 

    Westwood contract is up in 3 months. ..and he could take over after the Fed cup

    Honestly would not be upset by this. Bengaluru FC have already proven to have a smart front office so I bet they can make the right signing to replace Westwood, Johnson, and Osano, despite them being legends for their three seasons (specially if they win the I-League/Federation Cup again).

    As for East Bengal, having Westwood would be good if they are willing to work together. Johnson will be 28 next season and Osano 29 so not bad signings as well for the backline.

    How much do they want though? Surely JSW Sports can match whatever Westwood wants if they want to keep him on as head coach?

    Not to be too surprised by this. When it comes to expat coaches they rarely stay around a club for a long time. Also on occasions judging from his body language at touch line he looks less enthusiastic. If Ashley could guide BFC to a top 2 finish he should be contented and wouldn't mind to pursue a career at different club. If he could replicate what he has done with BFC at EB then who knows we could see him taking the reins of Indian NT.

    No matter what JSW can provide westwood, Handling a EB team is always lucrative in Indian football, As will the pressure of handling as well.

    Yes but EB and MB are rather impatient about getting results from coaches. I really hope Westwood stays with BFC and builds a legacy for himself
