Anything which doesn't line PP pockets gets the 3:30 treatment in India.
Just move d tournament to shillong/Bangalore /Kolkata where d officials still keep in touch with Indian football

Atulj there are two matches per day one is played at 3.30 & another is 6.30 will be played

I know that. They could have put 5.30/8 as timings. It's hard to understand the logic behind these decisions. People could still come as it's vacation time for schools.
