In YBK during derby , we can do anything, except hurting the players and staff & coach

Federation might have banned the flares in the stadiums in Turkey. But still you can see thousands of fans carrying them openly outside the stadium. Galatasaray fans; you can see them openly carrying flares just outside the stadium in Istanbul even on a cold snowy winter night. Best place to be in for any Neutral fans.

The EB Ultras will be there with the red and gold smoke bombs during the derby and so will be the flares.

Flares and smokes are common in Kolkata. This is in U18 Derby by the East Bengal Ultras.
