@reddevil87 you missing main plot here , BFC players are contracted with BFC , so even if they dont play ISL they will get money from BFC of their contract of that time .
So if they play in ISL for that window , then ISL clubs pay loan fee to BFC and player sallary of that duration . So if they dont play in ISL for particular time ISL cubs will not pay Loan fee and players fee but BFC will pay player salary of that window .
AFC gives money to BFC as Performance Bonus for playing in QF and also if possible in Semi Finals. That will help them to partially offset salary loss caused by absentia from ISL.
