And FPAI is in action. Trade union operating in the absence of an industry. Now whom do I listen to? AIFF babus, IMG-R, or FPAI?

To be fair... that policy listed at the end is very similar to what we have in MLS and has been challenged before... still there but recently there is some "free agency" for experienced, older players who pass a certain criteria. Some have suggested that this could count as "third-party ownership" which is not allowed anymore but I am sure IMG-Reliance have something in there to get them out of that mess.

As for the rest, things like the number of players in a roster is the reason why there needs to be a CBA like the MLS and A-League has... that is why they have development slots for players, minimum wage, free agency now and all that. Any franchise league has a CBA but the FPAI is not that... it is just a players association. They can want something but what negotiating power do they have?
