And @DX if they are not worried then IMG should allow teams to telecast the match .. Many team already have good connection with local media and they will easily get telecast . Teams are ready for even youtube streaming as teams are asked to record whole match and send dVD to AIFF .
Or IMG is bit worried abt fact that if 2nd div league get decent crowd without selfies and tamasha then some will say Indian can love football only then don't need asss of bollywood and cricket stars to get crowd ..

IMGR wont break a sweat dont worry about it. Note that i aint supporting IMGR for what they r doing, i always have a crib when IMGR was tasked to find sponsers for the NT they failed, tasked to market the game better they started a new league instead of popularizing i-league (wont complain too much as i got CFC) and expanding to newer centres like chennai.
but u have got to face it. u dont have a united opposition, u dont have too many clubs serious enough to talk sense to AIFF and challenge IMGR fact to fact.
so u dont have a clue all i can say is accept the fact ur under the incompetant central body and directly engage IMGR to get a common minimum program and a roadmap to have a sturdier, economically viable and grass root level focussed national league structure
until that happens watch as ISL becomes the primary league.
