The majority teams belong to Reliance and they will do it. TFA and BFC won't have much issues complying either. To be honest, if Goan teams and NE teams can do it, I don't see why ISL teams won't do it. Reliance will take care of it for them.
@Eastbengalpride, that very fact of Reliance owning all the clubs is against the licensing criteria. That they also own the league is another stumbling block. However, there is nothing in this world that money cannot solve, as mentioned by @sam.
