I am nt saying I am asking becoz goans may know what's the truth. Obviously I have no problem with the fact that the Delbert was u16 when he played in u19 ileague last season!!!!!
why they would do that? it is owned by army at the end of the day..not private assets of the clubs. they are just tenants. They should own something. Ideally they should buy a piece of land and set up their very own training ground cum academy there. Later if financially possible stands surrounding the training pitch can be made. My dream is to see our very own ground. Now Every year government is giving monetary help to clubs, they should ask for a subsidized land instead.
The time when its safe for families to enjoy an evening out is when football is developed. until then things are still in stoneage for indian football.
definately not something to be proud of. EB-MB rivalry is historic but need not be an excuse for violence.
Thats a failure on the part of organising authorities imo. Rivalry has always existed and will continue like in the west. The authorities need to gauge the occasion clearly and put adequate measures.
Just curious are the players bit tired? I mean they have been playing 3 tournaments in last 3-4 months with huge travel involved. Is this adding to the decline of the performance?
