I league teams sign players to win I league, not EPL...if that can be done by signing guys like Pierre Boya and Bello razzaq or Johnny Menyongar or Sean Rooney or Odafa...if the job can be done by cheaper alternatives, why will I league clubs go for Luis Garcia?? Its not about proper scouting or getting better foreigners...its all about getting the job done at the least price possible...thats I league

If Central Coast Mariners, an A-League side that literally tries to spend as little as possible, can sign Garcia then so could Bengaluru FC honestly.

Kolkata has take a stride ahead, from a current Haitian international to an ex-Ligue 1, EPL, French NT, a 22 year talented Korean youngster,  the quality of foreigners has definitely gone up from last season. BFC will either have to step up or go trophyless. Its a fact, Indian players dont win you shit except SAFF games.
