Why? Pahang FA will play in AFC Cup if JDT qualify for ACL, even though finished 3rd in MSL. Same logic applies For East Bengal

Damn.. Even AFC Knows that a Malaysian or a Myanmar Club can make it to the Group Stage via Qualification Rounds, but an Indian Club can't. Hurts to know that we are that bad.
