Iain Hume is currently on the bench for Canada against the United States. I can see him at least joining an American/Canadian club in the NASL for a few months (league has a split season so he can just to the spring season.) Doutie was last rumored to be off to Europe for a bit.
Indian Super League: GMS in talks to buy majority stake in Delhi Dynamos
DEN Networks, one of India’s largest cable distribution company, are in talks with GMS Leadership, one of the world’s largest cash buyer of ships for recycling, for a sale of stake in Delhi Dynamos.
So from the looks of it, these are the "competent" owners, or better worded: the teams that don't seem to need new owners at this moment:
- Atletico de Kolkata - Chennaiyin FC - FC Goa - Mumbai City - FC Pune City
Teams that do:
- Delhi Dynamos - Kerala Blasters - NorthEast United
BTW, interesting stuff in China has got me thinking... since the marquees in ISL now can be payed outside the salary cap, we could potentially reduce the number of foreigners on the pitch from 6 to 5. Since the idea of the marquee being payed outside the cap is because we want to see better marquees, the better marquees (your Garcia's, Elano's etc.) could be enough to draw fans in while softly lowering the number of foreigners by 1.
Also, China apparently also have a rule where you can't have a foreign keeper... still want that in India.
they r possibly the worst possible owners u could get here. plus they have gujju base and have tasted british football with sniffing distance from promotion spots in the championship why would they bother?
No thanks its PSU's , Liquour barons and mining mafia's headed by a politician for me.
