ISL has seen some horrendous decisions exposed by better TV work
The foreign referee's in ISL1 were so bad they were sent home
Let's not forget CFL used to bring know foreign refs for the big games....and they were of a good standard.

Santosh Kumar and others who have also attended ISL referee classes have not improved an Iota...we saw offside from Throw ins in the last few games of I-League
Former Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner's VfL Wolfsburg contract has been torn up. Time for him to come to ISL may be after 2-3 years. Time for us to embrace another lord.
