I expect a minimum of 10-15k Publicity and Promotion were really low compared to national games If they've organized this professionally ,this event would've been a super hit
@ArsenalFan700 ; Palestine game and Santosh trophy were organised at Cochin, not Trivandrum. Also National Games (Football) and Federation Cup at Calicut and Mallapuram.
With Christmas eve....it doesn't look like more than 5k will turn up....
Barely interest in watching the NT train which could have been Great for all the kids to see how pros and their idols train.....

Kerala has always been an historic venue for international matches even before ur siliguri's and bengaluru's became the latest FAD.
its only in the last decade or so kerala has been taking the back stage. The primary reason for losing kerala as the south indian powerhouse next to goa and kolkata can be solely pointed towards AIFF.
Still remember the IM Vijayan goal in the final of Nehru cup against IRAQ? in 1995. I remember seeing the whole place went berserk.

Last time India played there vs. Palestine we got a good response and the Santosh Trophy final from a few years ago with Kerala did well.
