Top team from each group will go to the quarter-final groups from 8th-13th May. There will be 2 groups of 4 teams. The top 2 from each quarter-final group will play in the semi-finals, and the semi-final winners will meet in the final.
Why was Goa not directly placed in the final 8. They scored a whopping 29 goals in 3 matches in cluster IV. Its simply a waste of time & an embarrassment for other teams.

Still looking for that 29th April Assam v Karnataka result - anybody who can help please let me know. If you have an e-mail address for the Assam Football Association even, that would be great.
AIFF now has Goa 16-0 Jammu & Kashmir, but the Goa FA site has 14-0, and lists the scorers. What are AIFF up to? Aren't they meant to be running this event?
I know someone on the Maharashtra women's team. Chandigarh has failed to turn up so Maharashtra getting a walk-over. Trying to get other details, will keep you guys updated.

Better for Chandigarh, its better to stay away than get hammered with a couple of dozen of goals. <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

It's the Nationals man. I don't get the logic. It's not like it happens everyday. I'd go even if I were getting beat bad.
You can't just register and not turn up. It could be once in a lifetime opportunity for many. I just fail to see the logic. Doesn't help one bit that we have such archaic systems & mentalities in place.
