The IPL/Cricket is different from ISL/Football. Do they really need to build infrastructure for IPL? And like ISL, it is a 2-3 month competition and will always be a 2-3 month competition.
ISL is in that right now but once it becomes a 6-7 month league then we will need to see proper developments in infrastructure and youth etc. Of course not straight away but eventually.
According to some of ifn group members who meet today & their sources aiff is divided in to two groups isl & i-league merger is unlikey to happen there will be more problems for merger . so more tamasha may going to happen
None of the plans of IMG remotely look like a merger...it is just making ISL a closed top league with no promotion relegation for the next decade..at best 1-2 clubs may be accommodated...certainly not a merger
Samed Yesil has had multiple long term injuries and has not played any regular senior football. In Switzerland, he played in the 4th division for their reserve side after Liverpool loaned him out. He was released this summer by Liverpool where he struggled in the U21 PL due to injuries as well, and was expected to sign for Trabszonspor, who have a long term interest in him.

As such, 36 days of training is enough for a 63 day league, so why over-train?
