About Shilton Paul's error. Let me tell you that this happens all the time in I-League. I have most recently seen Naveen Kumar of CB come out of the line and then kick the ball. I kept wondering why referee wasn't calling it or the opponents even appealing.

This years AFC Cup format is the worst I have seen. Clearly shows that AFC only care about AFC Champions league and set of top 12 associations.

@ashindia Many I-League goalkeepers are doing this. But this is AFC Cup with Foreign Referee. In this case, he is from Saudi Arabia.

The Arab ref was in awkward position last night he was unable to support the non India side cause both were Indians sides.
