Sometime i dont find subroto cup useful , one team scored 15 goals other team cant play 2 passes together but then we find that amazing talent in the pitch .

This I think is attributable to uneven state of development at the state level. If the state associations are serious, this may be their showcase for their work. Also, the organizers can stick to a base level for qualification, thereby stressing on quality than quantity.

Personally I think this tournament is doing enormous work in broadbasing the game. While doing this, quality may suffer somewhat.

may be they need to have qualifiers... but I don't think schools will send their teams to just play qualifiers...
