So is brics cup going to be biennial thing? If yes, then the junior teams would get world class exposure every 2 years which we desperately need for our future development.

BRICS summit is held every year, next year in China. They should hold BRICS Cup every year then.

Every two years would probably be best. BRICS Cup, AFC U16 Championship, AFC U16 Championship qualifiers, SAFF U16 Championship etc. is not bad.

BRICS is basically a political summit. They dont know that which month it will be held as it depends on leaders scheduling. If the summit dates clash with any regular tournament like World Cup or AFC U-16 tournament, then organising BRICS Cup will be difficult.
I am assuming that BRICS Cup will be held at the same time BRICS Summit will be scheduled.
