Although the decisons of the referees were poor ATK suffered most from it and Zico has completely lost it, cant accept the fact that his recruitments were shit and his team is playing shittier

Mexican Referee is an experienced guy with years of officiating Liga MX behind him plus he has also been a referee in CONCACAF Gold Cup.

@shanks_dehighliving ... Well I would agree with you that this match had a good pace to it and a lot of quality. But again please don't discount the fact that out of the 22 players on the pitch, 10 played the I-League which you'll call boring. Obviously there is something that makes these players give that extra during the ISL. IMO, these factors are glamour, crowd, good pitches. If you differ in this please make it known. Please ask any Goan the quality of the Fatorda pitch post the ISL. It is not the same for sure. Last year in the I-League, matches were played on artificial turfs at Aizawl, Mumbai, Kolkata and Shillong (more than half of the teams) which is definitely not as good as playing on grass. You think if FC Goa and ATK were replaced with Sporting Clube de Goa and East Bengal with the same players and same conditions the game would have been any different?

Secondly, I think the attendance debate gets settled once and for all yesterday. The match was on a Sunday, a blockbuster Goa Kolkata rivalry and ATK still can't fill a 12k stadium. I'm not telling you'll to accept that crowd attendances have been poor this year but at least start contemplating about accepting that fact.

Thirdly, SUbhasish Roy Chowdhury played the entire 90 minutes, brought off some stunning saves and literally won FC Goa a point. This barely a week after the FC Goa doctor pronounced him unfit for the entire ISL season. I mean why do professionals like these get jobs in Indian football? This guy was until recently the doctor of the Indian national team and is still a medical consultant with AIFF.

Whats wrong in having a 12k sitter stadium having around 11k attendance? ...more than 90% stadium filled. The way MB and EB protested against ISL and ATK, you should be burning with jealousy and hatred , how on earth there are even more than 500 fans cheering for the team from the stands. Afterall , ATK was supposed to be having only a combination of MB EB fans, in season one and two .
