@munna21977 , I shall also add that matches are always in the ownership of the host (as opposed to any 3rd party like the Fed). So any hooliganism, and the host is penalized, be it the club or the country. Video cams aid this. So these are major deterrents.

All these combined has reduced hooliganism.
