AIZWAL should be fined , point deduction would be harsh, awarding 3 points to EB is simply incredulous (as I read by some EB fans in whatsapp groups or on FB )
Agree...officials should be blamed more for the gaffe...a fine would just be right...awarding 3 points to EB would be an injustice as they certainly didn't deserve to win
