Lets talk of players like V.P. Suhair, Prohlad Roy, Koushik Sarkar, Samad Ali Mallick (Samad as a player is more talented and proven than a Prateek), whom EB has released. Only after their Aizwal loss, Morgan said that Romeo and Jackiechand doesn't fit into his gameplan; Why there is no clamour then and people not running after Morgan's blood, while some jokers who fuckn dont understand the game are chasing Kashyap?
Answer is simple - b'cos Morgan is winning and Kashyap isn't. And as we have seen everywhere - the most recent being the sacking of Claudio Ranieri couple of days' back, b'cos of insipid performance. This is the same person who won them the League not even a year back! However, when a team fails, the axe is on the coach first.
This same Kashyap started with a bang this year and people in this forum were singing praise for him and now the same set of people are gunning for him! If u closely watch MUFC's matches, they are combining well and creating moves till the striking zone, after which they are losing out b'cos of lack of finishers. The defence is more solid than when Prateek was there( I have seen Prateek when he was playing for Bagan and he was atrocious and was also released subsequently).
If pratik was so bad with Mohun Bagan then why sign him up in the first place only to remove him after 8 games ?? It is also funny how Steven Dias was even made the captain of the team and then sacked. LOL
Ofcourse what EB did is no different. Cant completely blame the clubs as our "Professional" league runs only for 4-5 months and the type of contracts they sign makes this much easier.
Club's choices should be paramount. For too many years shit quality Indians have mooched crores from clubs, it's payback time. Either you win matches or get the piss off son and never come back to pro football.
