Wow 50% salary cut! You would expect that a successful coach in the Indian league is a much sought after property at least in those areas (SEA). Shoows how much the market is overheated in India.

BFC is a top club and Penang is pretty much bottom rug no wonder the difference in salary. Ashley's salary would be much lesser if he were to coach Chennai City FC or Minerva.
