Since Jamshedpur people have good support ISL should not mess with it.
Better shift that ATK to Orissa. Atk is of no use to kolkata. After the merger, ATK will get no fans.

It would be cool if they moved to Odisha permanently. Kolkata for East Bengal and Mohun Bagan, move ATK to Odisha. All of a sudden we have 12 teams

Why should ISL represent multiple regions/cites and States ??? Let Orissa have its own team, let Kerala have teams from other cities and North East can easily have atleast 8 teams with average 15k attendance.
