I saw a huge Welcome Hoarding for Jamshedpur FC at Hotel Sonnet,which is just opposite to TFA( supposed to be the training ground for the team) during my recent visit to Jamshedpur during Durga Puja. 
So,I think the team might be staying there or the Guest House near Kadma Police Station which is also opposite to TFA and around 1 km from JRD Tata Sports Complex and Keenan.
