Current U-13,U-18 leagues are flawed
Only 1 team out of 5 from Chennai can go to next round 
You cannot have a league for 1 month and call it youth development

See, I don't mind talking about how stupid these foreign trips are because they are but anyone taking them seriously enough to say "ISL is equal to such and such league" is an idiot, it is fucking pre-season friendlies.
