Looks like India will host u-20 world cup. Because deadline for the member associations to declare their interest in hosting was 7 july 2017 and not a single country showing interest to host this, except India. So declaring India as a host of U-20 world cup seems like a matter of Time.

1 November 2017	Deadline for the member associations to submit the definitive bid
Q4 2017 / Q1 2018	Expected appointment date of the hosts by the FIFA Council
