Can somebody explain why east bengal is gonna win the league i.e it is already fixed.. Is it necessary that in order to play Isl next year, winning I league has to be done.. do they need to prove something? for me, east bengal will play in Isl, because they are ready to pay the franchise fees.. Thats it.. I believe Chennai city or Real kashmir will win this season.
