If Rakuten becomes sponsor of East Bengal and Barca and EB really will tie up, I just want to see how Aunty of FSDL with Chamchas of her belongs to thjis group reacts as well as shouts that ISL is no 1 in India.....

@Arun67. I think if Rakuten becomes sponsor, they will pay the franchise fee and EB will join ISL

no I don't think, it is not about the fees or amount ,I think the battle going on why to give, The main reason both EB nd MB till date they have huge fan base, legacy of 100 years and without them any league at least in INDIA become circus. You surprisingly know that in India the highest fan base football club in India is Md. Sporting
