From the Squad, it looks like Stimac is going for 5-2-3 formation with 3 strong defenders, 2 DMs and two full backs who can go forward.. He earlier indicated that he is going to try convert wingers to full backs

I choose Brandon over thapa cause he is techinically superior. Someone like Brandon in middle of the park can put in killer through balls for Udanta or create chances for sunil/joby upfront. Main players here will be Udanta, Brandon and Sunil. Joby role more of finisher. On left flank will be Sosai good speed and goals out of now where.
Jobby I think is an work in progress. He should have stayed with Mennendez some more time. But he is in a hurry, and Mennendez is not sure to continue in EB.
