Since the ISL fixtures were rescheduled and now extended to get over at Mar 14th. Is there anyway the friendlies that was promised to be held this time ?
The game with Qatar is at 26th March. There is not a big gap even for a camp. Igor is taking a rest. Watching games from AI
Nice to see rotation of venues. After this game, we have one more match to host on 9th June against Afghanistan. It will be interesting to know its venue.
If Qatar defeat us, chances of India progressing to next Round of WCQ are gone. What is the point in having long camp now ? 4 june and 9 June will be a formality then. We will be waiting for next Round for Asian Cup Qualifier.
Camp and FIFA date Friendlies will be useful before Asian Cup Qualification Round.
In May BFC got 2 AFC Cup matches. One in June too. It will be interesting that for how many days will they release their players for National Team Camp (if any).
Most important job duty of Stimac is that he should not disturb ISL.
I was thinking about a long camp abroad and Friendly with Croatia in May / June which they promised. Once ISL finishes, lets see how much Rest and Recovery time AIFF will give to players before they conduct a short camp for Qatar game.
