Defender Romenjit Singh from Bengal Mumbai Football Club, Singh has also represented Mumbai FC. Defender Lalchuanmawia from JCT FC. GOalkeeper Soram Poirei from Pune FC. They have also managed to rope in Nigerian Christopher from Mohammedan Sporting.

For that much one get a player from the Dutch 1st division or other European 2nd Divisions.
The top Indian foreigners could play in Europe, maybe 2nd Division in most countries or top division in Sweden etc.
