I-League : Retaining Subrata Paul And Jeje Show Pune FC's Positive Intentions
Pune FC have done well to keep their star duo away from the clutches of several clubs who would like to snare them away. Now they need to build their team around the star duo.

As a mb fan i would say stability is essential for success in the long term. i would also want the coach to select the players of his squad and not the officials.
I-League next season has become so worse that B teams of M.B,E.B & C.B are stronger than HAL,Air India,Viva Kerala,Mumbai FC and Lajong.
Need some balance in the league.

Possibly the most stupid statement on this thread so far !
MB & EB dont have a "B" team , as demonstrated by the poor performance at the IFA Shield.
CB B team actually won the tournament.
All this hype was made this time last year about Mb when they lined up the dream strike force of Chidi, Muritala & Barreto . 1 year and 2 coaches later , we r back to square 1, with 3 new foreigners due to be signed & no improvement in the area where we need players : THE DEFENCE
Losing the captain and 2nd most important player after Barretto ,MB will once again struggle. Especially if their aging foreigners fail to live up to expectations and succumb to the pressures.
Mumbai FC finished just behind MB & with a fraction of their budget, they also beat EB in Kolkata. No doubt Jamil will get his boys fighting again this upcoming season & look to improve on the 7th place finish.
Agree on HAL & Air India, but this is said every year.
Viva Kerela & Shillong Lajong are capable of beating anyone one their day , and also tend to do well at home.
The real strong B teams are at Salgaocar,. Dempo & Churchill as these clubs have the resources to buy extra players to play in a strong Goan league or as in Salgaocars case, they develop their own.
