    Good to see @SIV start a thread. We should encourage more and more members to start new discussions.

    But the issue with starting any match Day, especially the games of such importance like World Cup Qualifier is that the first post is important. It should contain info like Date, Venue Time, Telecast along with form, recent record of both the opponents along with some other info. Just writing a list of expected players will not suffice as the first post of any match day thread.

    We do have another discussion of players to be considered in National team.

    I will just rename this thread as per the first post of the OP.

    Meanwhile anyone is welcome to start a Match day thread for India vs Afghanistan game.

    Salam Ranjan is not even in ATK squad...  Balwant too is not starting... Stimac must not include those without gametime in the game squad..
    These players should go on loan & play..  

    Chhangte seems to be another Udanta singh..   Only running and no quality in final third...  Needs to improve...  Yet he finds a place in natl squad,  ahead of soosairaj..  No wonder we almost lost to Bangladesh.. 

    Souvik chak,  Sartak,  Mobasir Rahaman,  Prabir Das,  Seriton,  Len , R Tlang must be there in squad against Afghanistan..
