@giridharan - about how long it takes to change your behavior as an individual? For example you have a tennis player, Dojkovic, say he bounces the ball say 15 times on the court before tossing it up for serving. He has been doing this routine for 5 years in practice and during matches. Since it is taking longer to start the point with 15 bounces, his coach decides it would be better if he bounces the ball only 3 times before tossing it up for serve. So just thing one change in behavior, needs to be included in his part of the game and implemented in his game time. Can you make a guess on how long does it take to make this behavior change in practice - to do it consistently? And how much longer it takes be transferred over to match time, to execute this change continuously. Basically you are trying to remove/erase something you have learned and used earlier and put in something new in that place and to use it in real match time? Simple right. Please make a suggestive guess, does not need to be accurate. Any one who wants to answer, could try to answer this.
The problem is that we assume that 2-3 players who missed out would change the fortunes of our team..Next time we will have them and not get a favorable result and then blame it on missing out the next set of players..It's a vicious circle
@munna219777 Can you please remove these FSDL/Four Flags trolls from the forum?
Chhetri should be dropped, Joby in. Also, I repeat, we need an Indian coach from a non BFC camp. We are back to Koverman's era performance, we need a total rejig of the NT setup, coaches, players, officials, clean the shit up!
Stimac should start looking out for non BFC players who want to prove themselves rather than picking up players who give priority to ISL over National duties..Stimac should start watching I League and ISL to pick up his next batch of players
Most of the passes yesterday were one touch and no one was holding the ball at all. Brandon plays a little bit forward in his team but here he was playing in our half. Adil is Defensive midfielder in his team. Ashique was forward/winger till last few weeks. Farukh gets great supply at Jamshedpur FC where he throws away most of his chances. Manvir,I have never seen created an half chance or even try to score. Udanta never tries to score nowadays so better pick Jerry of Odisha who will atleast try. And where is Soosairaj? Any given day better than the non existent wingers
Where was chetri yesterday? He did nothing, give him 2 more matches to prove himself or drop him we can't play every match with 10 player's, so called Captain leader Legends simply roams around and does nothing
