Bright scores on debut, EB wins. The guy is good with the ball and looks like an exciting talent.

All the fans of his previous teams agree that he's Premier League/Top Championship team quality but his attitude is atrocious.

Hopefully he with improvements in his attitude, he might be able to light up the ISL and even make the jump to bigger teams

Mohun Bagan is 2-0 up against NorthEast United.

Shoddy defending on Corner setpieces by North East  Foreign players.
Where is the marking ?? whole squad looks like stiff, cant even jump or move quickly.

    Back to Training Ground !!!!

In the 2nd half, Odisha fc had 2 attempts which hit the crossbar.. Jerry played well.. Arshdeep was impressive.. Don't think there is any Indian GK with so much composure with the ball and make pinpoint passes across the field..

I thought Sandeep Singh was impressive yesterday .. kbfc fans were harsh on kibu, despite the team played well.  They fought and pushed till the end..  This MCFC is an upgraded version (with Borges, Amrinder) of Fcgoa team which qualified  for champions lgue last season.. Kbfc fans need to be patient.. Raynier i guess played well on the right wing. VP Singh too did not look out of place for the few minutes he played

MCFC is in a different league altogether. Started slow but settled unit now. Will be disappointed if they dont finish first in league phase

EB attack was good today, but the defence remained as shoddy as ever. Odisha FC attacked in waves in the second half, and every time they latched on to the ball, a goal seemed imminent. It was because of some excellent goalkeeping by Debjit and poor finishing by the OFC strikers that the team was spared further humiliation.

EB will be playing FC Goa and BFC in the next two matches...the likes of Igor Angulo, Sunil Chhetri and Cleiton Silva will be asking some very tough questions of this fragile defence.

Gutted with the way EB defends during set-pieces. They are the only team to have a set-piece coach, but the elementary mistakes that the players make would even put local league teams to shame :s

MCFC is so pleasing to watch for neutrals.

ATKMB just conceded 3 in 9 matches, 7 cleansheets. I hate their style, but if the management is happy with it, who am I to complain (neutral perspective :p ). Still 7 cleansheets is extraordinary. Kotal, Jhingan, Tiri, McHugh and Arindam are showing real consistency in defense.

And yeah, KBFC fans calmed down today and are actually happy with the improvement in gameplay. They are happy with the chances created (Sahal & Facundo created the most), just missing finishing. Also they are happy with Sandeep & Jeakson. They are disappointed with Nishu, Costa, and a bit with Albino (other than penalty saves) & Vicente Gomez.

EB doesn't have any blocking in midfield. Tomba Singh is an age fraud from Rendi Singh's academy, Milan Singh is again a cut money signing. The set piece defending has to improve. But Maghoma, Pilks are a class above and it's showing now that they are fully fit. Maghoma's goal was an excellent mix of skill and power.
