Cleiton Silva looks like CR7 in some angle.. Kibu vicuna looks like Mr bean Boumous looks like Virat kohli for me. Behaviour/attitude wise too I think kohli would play just like boumous if he had become a ftballer...
Probably spamming by millions of spammers in insta and Facebook of players effects them.
Yes recently we saw the case of albino gomes who was hailed as hero in one match then started to abuse him and family the very next match
The routine followed the some kbfc fans before season.
1. Asking and commenting on josu currias, kervines beflort page to come back to kbfc
2. Commenting on kbfc page to sign back josu currais and belfort. Though belfort is very much intereested to come back and he supports kbfc even after leaving.
3. commenting on Marceliho's page to come and join kbfc.
4. infact for this season, some were asking to sign hume back.
5. whenever a player signs for kbfc, they instaltly follow them on fb, insta which increases the numbers.
6. whenever a player leaves bitterly, (eg ; sandesh jhinghan), they unfollwed him, took promise to boo him as he is now an opponent when he next times to the kochi stadium in order to downgrade his performance.
Another campaign
Comparing to virat kohli, sunil chhetri has less number of followers on social media. some kbfc fans suggested to follow and promote other fans to follow sunil chhetri. but some were not interested becasue he was wearing bfc jersey in the pic, so they will not follow him until he changes his profile pic wearing indian jersey
3 kind of pressure need to work, to motivate the players and make the players do well.. That will ensure they go out on the field like warriors willing to die.....
First - Coach Pressure Second - Peer Pressure Third - Fan Pressure
Kolkata fans put their players under tremendous pressure. They criticize/scold the players, even when they come on streets if the performance is bad... Appreciate him, if he plays well.... They fall on feet, if he is exemplary like Sony Norde.... They go to specifics and even tell him which shot he missed that game and which shot he did not. - Matured Fan following mostly (there are exception here as well)
KBFC on the other hand, i guess have a lot of small kids just out of college... They keep asking Jose, Antonio German etc to come back to KBFC ... They mob the players , take selfies even before they start performing.... And when the team performs badly, they just abuse the players and their family like anything.... Malayali players are at the receiving end many times and almost all malayali players like CK, Anas took exception to abuse..... Guess, they are not putting postive pressure to enable them perform.. They give a legend status immediately on joining the team and then abuse after poor performance.... We cannot generalise it, but most of them are like this (like the ones who abused Kibu after loss to MCFC).... There are a lot of proper fans of KBFC who do a proper analysis and knowledgeable but are in minority... Things will improve once the fan following mature and start analyzing the game better...
In Indian football, Coach pressure is very important... Lobera, Habas, Owen Coyle all 3 blast their players for mistakes in dressing room..... Players like Renthelei improved a lot after Own Coyle came in....
For peer pressure, you need good leaders ... Henrique Sereno made so much difference to that John gregory side, by his captaincy.... They finished last, the next season without him .... Sunil Chetri is important for BFC in this regard...
Fan pressure - East bengal and then Mohun Bagan fans put so much pressure.... KBFC fans too can put a lot of pressure and make them play well.....
