If ATK Mohun Bagan win the 2021AFC Cup, they will qualify for the 2022 AFC Champions League qualifying play-offs. If they advance to the 2022 AFC Champions League group stage, they will not play in the 2022 AFC Cup and will be replaced by Northeast United.

@Raghs ; FC Goa was playing in Group. It was clear that they were not playing to win any game. They were aiming for 0-0 or 0-1 loss. Once I remember there FC Goa got a free kick from half line in 92nd minute. They were trailing by a goal. Any professional club would have asked their goalkeeper to take the Free Kick and move players in the box of the opposition. But ISL franchise decided to play it safe, did not commit nay player upfront as they did not want to increase the defeat deficit. for their marketing 0-0 or 1-0 defeat looked okay.
So rival clubs also took those games lightly.
Here it is knockout / must win match, so opposition will score goals.
Put Goa Franchise in the same position against Nasaf in a Knockout game, you will see the same result.
Uzbekistan has 45 points in Club ranking system whereas second highest and third highest country in AFC cup have just 33 points. That shows how strong Uzbek teams are..
