Now all other three teams know FC Goa. So return legs will be more difficult it seems. If Edu becomes unfit it would cost a lot. Also if we are criticizing Adil we should criticize Brandon too. He is now a senior and no more a promising lad with lot of potential. He should have converted that opportunity. Instead of a grounder he should have blasted the top corner. That miss has cost Goa a lot. Persipolis had to press hard being two goals down and Goa could kill the game with one counter.
why do our players get so weak with ball, they just fall to ground with simple pressure expecting fouls . Our leagues have created bunch of lazy asses who need aleast 5 seconds and 5 touches before they can pass the ball.
Apart from that miss, Brandon is good today. Even in last game , he missed one chance. I agree we hardly get chances against top teams and need to make use of them. That's how, Istiklol won the game. But overall , Brandon played well. Manvir or Bipin would have converted those chances, but their overall game is not good when compared to Brandon.
Devendra is good in last two games as well. He has the ability to take long range shots and helping the team defensively as well.
Amarjit had a good game and he will definitely start next game.
Seriton is good offensively. But he needs some coverage from mid-field in defense.
Agree we would have tried long balls in last few minutes, but overall FC Goa game is good. Mostly, I'm impressed with their passing accuracy. One more good thing, even Indian players challenging them physically and mainly, Amarjit won almost all challenges.
Yeah no complaints with Goa. Before the ACL we were not expecting competitive games against Persepolis etc. Goa were unlucky to get this group also. Teams like Istikol, AGK etc would have been better to face but this is perfect timing for some Indian playera before the world cup qualifiers

Mumbai city FC needs to get their transfers right for champions league Jahou and Hugo will in all possibility make the line up. Fall might get replaced by an Asian defender Striker ..... I hope they get someone who can score be it Indian or Foreigner
Jahou makes a lot of mistakes an his affinity for red cards will pull his team down. Talking about FCGoa first, foreigners have been rock solid and carried this team. Only a few Indian players looks to be at this level. Next match both the teams will be tired. Too many matches within such a short time
Ivan Don Edu have been great but a bit disappointed with Ortiz when it came to attacking. Brandon Glan and Serition to some degree are the only Indians who can play at this level.
I hope Apuia makes a switch as i firmly believe Rowlin and Raynier ain't cut for this level I will trade Rowlin and Raynier + Transfer fee for Apuia They should also try to sign Thappa
