TBH, they could have done better by choosing an Indian coach like Sankarlal or someone who has experience of coaching in India, like Kibu and David Robertson, both of whom they were supposedly in talks with.

managing an isl club would be easy for robby fowler as here we have less number of games. there is also no pressure to win the trophy as east bengal is in nascent stages. also no relegation either. also no fans in the stadium to protest too.
